NFSQ Stirred Fluid Loss Cell

Product Introduction


Overview

NFSQ stirred fluid loss cell is a new smart instrument designed and engineered in strict accordance with API Standard-10 and used for testing fluid loss performance of cement slurry samples. This instrument is also designed to give an alarm according to the parameters set in line with temperature, time, pressure, etc. The alarm sound can be turned off through one-button operation. Housing of the instrument is all made of stainless steel, which is more durable in use. Besides,this instrument is composed of a series of high-quality components,  including SIEMENS PLC, EUROTHERM temperature controller, sintered filter, Japanese NKK switch, OMRON touch screen and quick coupling as well as thermocouple made in Japan.

Stainless steel coil pipe is installed internally in the cast aluminum cooler, thus prominently increasing the cooling efficiency and prolonging the service life.

Copper cooling coil is inefficient and the incrustation is easily formed to block up the pipe. Once the cooling coil isbroken down, it is troublesome to it replaced.

The built-in cooling oil tank and cooling pump save users from connection to outer water coolant and thus improve its efficiency and convenience.

Connection to outer water coolant makes the water quality and pressure uncontrollable with poor cooling performance.

A high-volume slurry cup is adopted, so the possibility of blowing dry is reduced, and data accuracy and laboratory efficiency are vastly improved.

A small-volume slurry cup increases the possibility of blowing dry in the case of excessive fluid loss, thus resulting in inaccurate data.

Good Sealing Performance with Graphite

Graphite sealing is adopted to seal the coupling of the cell’s exhaust end cover, providing this instrument good sealing effect and long service life without frequent disassembly and cleaning.

 


Stirring Structure of Bearing

The stirring structure is internally installed with a bearing and equipped with an electromagnetic lock to lock the stirring structure by one-button operation, making the instrument safe and convenient to use. It is also designed to unlock manually in case of accidents.


Unique Design of Cooling Pipe

Unique rotary sealing structure enables the cooling pipe to enter into the cast aluminum cooler of stirring mechanism through stirring bearing. The cooler is installed internally with a steel pipe, which makes it durable in use. Also, the unique oil-circulation cooling system shortens cool-down time and vastly increases its service life.

Automatic Pressure Regulating

During tests, the instrument is able to regulate pressure and temperature automatically according to set value which can be set through the touch screen directly.


Settings of Alarm Parameters

This instrument is also designed to give the alarm according to the parameters set in line with temperature, time, etc. Users may set them as needed. Besides, it is also capable of to get replaced.


Sintered Filter

Sintered filter is made up by sintering a 325-mesh filter and a 60-mesh filter, thus the two filters are tightly sealed to prevent cement slurry from entering into it. Separated from the compression ring, the sintered filter is easy to wash and cost-effective.
